I lovingly craft this ashes memorial stone which I named Solace Stone in my studio.

Your unique solace stone

can be used as a pocket hug.

Carry it in your pocket or bag and get comfort from it when you need.

Alternatively, you can 

keep it a memory box,

on your office desk, 

on your bedside table 

or mantle piece. …

After placing the order I will notify you where to send the ashes.

I only need a half a teaspoon of ashes.

Any unused ash will be sent back to you with your order.

I will confirm the receipt of the ashes via email.

The ashes will be treated with the upmost care, dignity and respect.

Before starting the process I will follow a ritual:

 clean the air of my studio. 

I will air the room via the window and light a scent stick to clean the air too.

I will clean my Tool and myself with the smoke of the inscence stick.

I like to listen to music while I work and will choose a soothing and calm sound. 

Feel free to suggest a couple of songs (via a message) for me to play on Spotify while I work with the ashes.

The ashes are encapsulated in lead and nickel free white metals and then hand cast into shape. 

I repurpose and upcycle metal making the stone as sustainable as possible.

Please bear in mind that these are handcrafted pieces. 

They will slightly vary from the ones shown in the photos.

Each one is absolutely unique.

There can be small indentations/ imperfections, pitting in the metal pebble that are caused during casting.

I clean those up and sand them down however I will not file them away as I believe that they should stay like they the make the stone truly unique.

You might also see the point of entry on the back where I include the ashes.

How long will it take?

After receiving you ashes please allow for at least two weeks before I return the finished ash pebble keepsake. I will keep you posted.

 I will always aim to work as quick as possible .

After completion of the ashes keepsake I will insert it in an organza back and package it safely and securely together with the unused cremains.

Colours may vary due to the resolution of your screen settings. The metal is silver grey and will have a matte finish.

Please put the ashes in a sealable plastic bag. Wrap them in bubble wrap or card. 

Your ashes pebble keepsake will be posted using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' service. I will send you the tracking information.

If you are ordering from abroad please check your local laws that you are allowed to send me and also receive ashes back to you via mail.

By placing an order you confirm that you have checked your local laws and can send me ashes and receive them back in the form of a pocket pebble plus the unused ashes.

My back story:

I had been contemplating making cremains jewellery & art since my Dad died unexpectedly in 2018. But somehow life got in the way.

It was my mum’s death in May 2023 and a mate’s brothers passing that made me decide to use my metal smithing skills to create unique memorial pieces.
